The apartment overlooks lake and includes coffee & tea makers, a fridge, and a washing machine. The location is in an exceptionally nice spot very close to the tram into the city centre. There is Brasserie Londen extremely close to the hotel, had dinner there
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the popular De Pijp district and close to public transportation. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and there were comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing clear instructions and ensuring our stay was enjoyable.
The bathroom could use some updating, as it felt a bit outdated and functional. the shower didn't drain quickly, which caused the bathroom floor to flood easily.

Had a really great stay for one night. Our room was cosy and great, with a multi-channel television, a dining area, and a seating area. The bed was lovely and pillows too. The hotel was close to town centre, Amsterdam, and central station thanks to its marvellous and brilliant location. Spent a nice evening at Brasserie Londen, located a short way from the venue.

We had a fantastic time staying at Houseboat Amstel Bed & Breakfast. The boat itself was spacious and had a modern yet cozy feel to it. The location was great, allowing us easy access to all the places we wanted to visit in Amsterdam. The host was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities provided, from sauces to shower gels, were a nice touch and made us feel at home. Despite a few minor drawbacks like a small kitchen and no terrace by the water, overall we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend staying here for a unique and enjoyable trip to Amsterdam.

Located in an excellent position, this houseboat is right in the town center, making it convenient to most places. The private bedroom offers a great view, and the spacious living area provides lots of room for relaxation. The host is helpful and gives clear instructions.
The kitchen and living room are combined and quite small, lacking a cooker and only offering a microwave.
